Similar to Intuitive Eating, I support clients with learning how to intuitively listen and move their bodies. For clients who are using exercise as an eating disorder behavior, we figure out the best steps and progression toward a safe and healthy movement practice. For clients who are struggling to move, I do coaching and motivational interviewing and the intuitive eating treatment to help your intuitive movement profile to become clearer to us. The movement work is one of my absolute favorite things to do with clients. It is rewarding and exciting to figure out how each body needs and wants to move and how to support my clients to listen to its flowing and changing needs.
