Rates vary. Please contact me for a quote. I do hold a few slots for sliding scale clients.
Insurance
I currently am not in network with any insurance carriers due to their low reimbursement rates. Clients pay me in full at times of service. I will give you an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company to get reimbursement. Reimbursement varies based on plan and insurance company. Please contact your insurance to find out what you would qualify for.
Payment
I accept cash, check, credit card, and venmo payments at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is outlined in a new client form I will provide and review with you at the start of services.
