Nuggets
Every week in session we mine for gold. We put big piles of stuff onto our sifter and we shake it through. We shake out the debris, the clumps, the neurologic junk. We let it fall through the holes and back to the earth. What is left, if we are lucky enough to look and see it, are nuggets of gold. Precious stones glimmering for us to hold, be in awe of, take care of, protect. You each find nuggets every week. I find them too. They are worth being shared so we can all see.
I forgot for a moment that everything is ok.
